Wouldn’t it be great if your favorite beauty boutique also had events that customers were invited to where they could meet vendors, get skin care recommendations, hear about the latest and greatest of hair, skin care, and makeup? And maybe even throw in a cupcake or two? Well, ask and you shall receive, beauties! Planet Beauty frequently hosts special events at the stores featuring skin care therapists to provide mini facials and skin consultations, vendors from hair care lines to show you the newest in electrical technology and hair care, and sometimes we have one of our lovely PB girls on hand to do polish changes for your hands! This summer, there has been no shortage of events in the Planet Beauty stores, featuring great skin care lines like newcomer Exuviance and Peter Thomas Roth, and even makeup tutorials at another! Newcomer to the Planet Beauty shelves is skin care line Exuviance, which is formulated with hydroxyacids to work on all levels of the skin and deliver proven results. Recenly, both our Dana Point and Newport Beach locations held in store Exuviance event featuring the good folks at Exuviance giving skin consults with the performance peel and daily antioxidant peel, and even a free mini peel to clients! These events were an intorduction to Planet Beauty’s shoppers on the new line, with in depth product knowledge and even free samples to take home and try! If you missed either of these amazing skin care events, make sure to stop by the Newport Beach or Dana Point locations for a quickie on the Exuviance line and some samples to try yourself!
Another store for you skin care junkies is the Chino Hills location. This store will be featuring skin care company Peter Thomas Roth doing complimentary mini facials and skin mapping analysis by a licensed Peter Thomas Roth esthetician. Come experience the full line of products, including their newest range featuring the incredibly potent anti-aging ingredient dragon’s blood (don’t fret, it’s just tree sap from a tree in the rainforest!). Also get a chance to see which skin care products work the best with your skin, and maybe even find yourself a new skin care regiment that perfectly addresses all of your skins needs (and enjoy 20% off of all your Peter thomas Roth purchases!). Have you ever wanted to create a smoky eye for a big night out? Not quite sure how to do it? Recently, Planet Beauty Folsom (one of our newest locations!) hosted a “Hot August Nights” event featuring a tutorial for beauties of all ages on how to create the always in fashion smoky eye. With Planet Beauty Buff makeup artists on hand to help, beauties were able to pick the right colors for their skin and learn how to perfectly blend and line their way to a perfect day-to-night smoky eye. The Buffs even offered 20% off their cosmetics purchase of two or more items!
